I can't stop binge eating. I have always
had some sort of eating problem or
disorder sence I was in junior high
school. I was dx with borderline anorexia
when I was 13 yrs old and I have always
had a bad body image no matter how good I
looked. Now i'm 41 yrs old and im truly
over wt. and I cant stop over eating. I
havent worked out in 3 weeks because my
eating is so out of control I have no
energy to work out please help

Hi. Welcome here. you need to stop asking
too much from yourself and take it easier.
You only have one life, so try to enjoy it
the most you can. I've been deep down and
it's hard to get up since you are there,
but you must do it.
